April 27th, 2008	Maple, Sandstorm I Am Canadian qualifies at his first Junior Coursing test in Youngstown, NY.
March 21-23rd, 2008	Maple, Sandstorm I Am Canadian goes Winners Dog & Best Of Breed all 3 days at the Windsor Kennel Club shows. He also won two Group 4's and two Best Puppy In Group's.
March 15th, 2008	Maple, Sandstorm I Am Canadian goes RWD in Louisville Kentucky under breeder judge Gary Newton. There was a 4pt major in dogs this day.
March 1st & 2nd, 2008	Tesla, Can Ch Terrapin's Platinum Blonde CGC finishes his American championship by winning two four point majors (WD & BOW) at the supported entry shows at Cobo Hall. The judges were Roger & Paula Hartinger.
February 3rd, 2008	Maple, Sandstorm I Am Canadian wins WD at the Wildwood dog show under judge Deborah Graffman.
February 1st & 2nd, 2008	Spice, Terrapin's Some Like It Hot went WB on Friday & Saturday and Best Puppy In Group on Friday at the Wildwood dog show.
December 2nd, 2007	Maple, Sandstorm I Am Canadian wins Best Of Breed, Best Puppy & Winners Dog over Specials at the Brantford dog show under judge Katherine Grant.
October 26, 2007	Maple, Sandstorm I Am Canadian wins Best Of Breed, Best Puppy, Best Of Winners & Winners Dog over Specials at the Trillum dog show under judge Everett Dean.
September29, 2007	Tesla, Can Ch Terrapin's Platinum Blonde CGC goes WD & BOW at the supported entry show at Monroe, Michigan under judge Janet Lobb. At the Great Lakes Malamute specialty the day before Tesla won RWD.
August 24, 2007	Sharpie, Ch Sandstorm Magic Marker wins a 3 pt major in Ohio under judge Randy Garren.
August 19, 2007	Sharpie, Ch Sandstorm Magic Marker wins a Group 2 at the St. Catharines Kennel Club show under Kay Eldred.
August 17, 2007	With great sadness I report the passing of Gryphon, Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Livin On The Edge CGC. At nearly 13 years of age, Gryphon passes over the rainbow bridge to join his parents and siblings.
August 4, 2007	Sharpie, Ch Sandstorm Magic Marker finishes his Canadian championship under judge Jocelynne Gagne at the Barrie Kennel Club show.
June 28 - 30, 2007	The Saluki Canadian National was held in conjunction with the Kilbride dog shows Thursday - Sharpie wins Reserve Winners Dog & Best Puppy In The Hound Group Friday - Sharpie wins Reserve Winners Dog & Best Puppy In The Hound Group Saturday - Sharpie wins Winners Dog, Best Of Winners, Best Puppy In The Hound Group and Best Puppy In Show Saturday - Saluki Canadian National - Sharpie wins Best In Youth Sweepstakes under breeder judge Bonnie Boucher Sharpie wins Winners Dog, Best Of Winners & Best of Breed at the National Specialty from the classes under judge Dr. Zafra Siric!!!
May 21, 2007	Puppies are here! Libby, Can Ch Spiritrun's Riddle Me gives birth to 8 babies. Chili, Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Chills N Thrills is the proud father. Click here for more info on puppies.
January 13, 2007	Tesla, Can Ch Terrapin's Platinum Blonde CGC, won WD & BOW at the Hamburg, NY shows under judge Jane Treiber.
December 2, 3rd, 2006	Tesla, Can Ch Terrapin's Platinum Blonde CGC, won WD & BOW at the Lansing shows for a 4 pt major. Also, Libby, Can Ch Spiritrun's Riddle Me This went WB for a 4 pt major. The judge for these wins was Beverly Capstick.
November 6-10, 2006	We travelled to the American National & Regional Specialties in Knoxville, Tenn. Frisco won the Working Dog class at both the Regional & National Specialties Frisco pulled 2,040 lbs in the weight pull competition Chili made the cut in the breed ring at the National Specialty Tesla placed in the Bred By class at the Regional Specialty
October 1, 2006	Bunny, Terrapin's The Play Boy Bunny gives birth to 5 health babies. The proud father is Chili, Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Chills 'N Thrills (pedigree for the litter). Click here for information about our current and upcoming litters.
September 2nd, 2006	Gibson wins WD & BOW to finish his American championship under Alana Gomez at the Livonia Kennel Club shows in Michigan.
July 28th - 31st, 2006	Gibson wins WD & BOW all 4 days at Marion, Ohio picking up two majors and 8 points. Two of the days he also won Best of Breed over specials.
July 8th, 2006	Tesla finishes his Canadian championship under judge Mr.Jim White at the Woodstock shows.
May, 2006	Chynna gives birth to a healthy girl and Cali gives birth to a healthy boy.
Apr 8th, 2006	Tesla wins WD, BOW, BOB under breeder judge Bruce Weager at the Norfolk Kennel Club shows
Mar 18 & 19 , 2006	Tesla wins back to back Grand Sweepstakes under breeder judges Bonnie McMahon-Howen and Barb Salvatore at the Detroit Kennel Club shows.
Feb, 2006	Tesla wins his first Canadian points at the Wildwood Kennel Club shows.
Nov 7, 2005	Brie Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Hocus Pocus CGC gives birth to 6 healthy puppies. Father of the litter is Frisco, Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Cherry Garcia CGC WPD WWPD
Nov 3-4th, 2005	*2005 National Specialty, Columbus, IN.* Frisco wins the Working Dog Class under judge Sally Vogel. Frisco places 2nd in the Working Dog Showcase event (losing 1st place by .7). Frisco pulls nearly 1400 lbs in the National weight pull event. Chili makes the "cut" in the specials ring under judge Carmen Bataglia. *Tesla* wins his Futurity class under breeder judge Joanne Levy *Tesla* wins the 12-18 month class under judge Sally Vogel Tesla places 2nd in his sweepstakes class under breeder judge Gena Box
Oct 31 & Nov 1st, 2005	*At the 2005 Regional Specialty in Columbus, Indiana which was held in conjunction with the 2005 AMCA National specialty.* Tesla won his sweepstakes class and Best 12-15 month puppy under breeder judge Bonnie McMahon. Frisco won the Working Dog Class and also an Award Of Merit under judge Roger Hartinger! Tesla won the 12-18 month class under judge Roger Hartinger.
Sept 3, 2005	"Chynna" wins Best Of Opposite in Veteran Sweeps and wins her Veteran Class at the Alaskan Malamute Club Of Canada National specialty in Halifax, Nova Scotia
June 25 & 26, 2005	"Chili" goes WD, BOW & BOB both days at the shows in Valparasio, Indiana to finish his AKC championship. Judges were Arley Hussin, and Bettie Krause.
June 18 & 19, 2005	"Chili" goes WD, BOW & BOB both days over specials at the shows in Troy, Ohio. Judges were Karen McFarlane & Beverley Capstick.
June 6, 2005	With great sadness at just over 13 years of age, "Dylan"" crossed over the rainbow bridge. Dylan was from our first litter, a Multi BIS winner, and one of hundreds of dogs who was selected for Purina's Champions. He was the number one Malamute in 1994 in Canada and one of the topped ranked dogs in the Working Group that year. He will be very sadly missed.
May 23, 2005	"Ace", Ch Terrapin's Winner Takes All goes WD & BOW at the Kitchener Waterloo dog show to finish his Canadian championship at 8 months of age.
March 26, 2005	"Stone", Terrapin's Stone Cold goes WD & BOW at his first show at the Windsor Kennel Club.
March 12, 2005	Can Ch Terrapin's Chills N Thrills, "Chili", went WD, BOW & BOB for a 3 pt major a over top ranked special at the Logansport, Indiana show. He is now over half way to his American championship and has earned both his majors by winning the breed over specials.
February 24, 2005	Dylan, Multi BIS Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Cause'n Destruct'n Am/Can CD turns 13 years old!!!!!
January, 2005	Can Ch Terrapin's Chills N Thrills, "Chili", went RWD (3 pt major reserve) under judge Roberta Brady at Novi, Michigan
January, 2005	"Stone", Terrapin's Stone Cold, wins Best Puppy In Group at his first sanction match.
January, 2005	At the Hamburg, NY shows, January 15 & 16th, Can Ch Terrapin's Chills N Thrills, "Chili", went WD, BOW, BOB over specials for a 3 pt major under judge Robert Vandiver and again under breeder judge Victoria Jordan-Leichner for 2 pts. He is off to a good start towards his American championship!
December 22, 2004	With a heavy heart I report that Ozzie, Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Against All Odds CGC passes over the rainbow bridge at just over 10 years of age.
November 4, 2004	Brie, Am/Can Ch Terrapin's Hocus Pocus WPD CGC gives birth to 7 healthy puppies. The sire is Nash, Am Ch Terrapin Kasaan's Roc Solid (Frisco's littermate). Click here to view the puppies pedigree.
October 17, 2004	Chili goes RWD to a 3 point major in Marshall, Michigan
July 6, 2004	Cali, Ch Terrapin's Mexicali Blues gives birth to 6 healthy puppies - 3 boys and 3 girls. The sire of the litter is Gibson, Ch Terrapin's Tequila Talkin CGC WPD.
June, 2004	Madison, International Ch Terrapin's Spellbound (litter mate to Chili) earns her International championship at 11 months of age.
May, 2004	Frisco, Brie and Gibson all earn backpacking titles in Brown County State Park in Nashville, Indiana . A new page on the backpacking weekend has been added to the website.
May, 2004	Chili, Ch Terrapin's Chills N Thrills finishes his Canadian Championship at just 9 months of age at the Seaway Kennel Club shows. He also won Best Puppy In Group on the day he finished.
April, 2004	Chili, Terrapin's Chills N Thrills wins Breed, Winners Dog, Best Of Winners and Best Puppy from the 6-9 month puppy class at the Guelph dog shows. He was up against some stiff competition including Best Of Breed winner of the 2003 AMCA National Specialty.
April, 2004	Chili, Terrapin's Chills N Thrills the first weekend ever being shown goes WD & BOW from the 6-9 month puppy class at the Norfolk shows.
March, 2004	Brie, Am Can Ch Terrapin's Hocus Pocus CGC finishes her American championship in Syracuse NY with a 4 point major from the Bred By class.
February, 2004	Bond, Ch Terrapin's Shaken Not Stirred finishes his Canadian championship at the Wildwood Kennel Club shows under Joe Lobb
January, 2004	Brie, Ch Terrapin's Hocus Pocus wins a 3 pt major at the shows in Buffalo, NY.
